  • Classes can be formed by parents, indicating a group of 3/4 children interested. Alternatively, individual sign-ups lead to group formation when there are other participants in the same year group. Class timings are generally between 4:30 and 5:30 pm Monday - Friday, with flexibility for alternative times.

  • Feedback focus on three key areas: 1) Approach to learning - a holistic diagnostic of a child's values in learning. 2) Areas of strength - highlighting successes. 3) Areas of development - guiding parents on supporting the next steps in their child's development.

Founder of Zen Tutoring

Meet Mrs Zen, a dedicated teacher with a BA Hons Degree in Education and a decade of teaching and senior leadership experience. Her tutoring journey began during the challenging times of the Covid pandemic, where she volunteered to support parents in homeschooling by creating the #homeschoolingparentslondon community group on Facebook. Recognising the demand for quality education, Mrs Zen later established Zen Tutoring, providing consistent and effective tutoring services. Initially starting with 1:1 online tutoring, her personalised approach earned her a reputation as an exceptional educator. Post-pandemic, Mrs Zen expanded her passion, developing high-quality resources aligned with the national curriculum for Zen Tutoring’s learning programmes. Now, with a handpicked team of qualified teachers, she and her team offer both online and in-person small group tutoring sessions. Zen Tutoring is committed to positively impacting learners' lives and unlocking their full potential.
